    Returns - You must email info@beamshoes.com before returning an item

    UK: We'll pay for your return delivery, and any subsequent shipping.

    International: We do not accept returns from outside of the UK unless you cover the cost to return it to us, and the cost to send the new pair out too.

    Unworn: We operate an extremely simple guarantee: We will refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us, unworn and in a sellable condition, within 90 days of purchase. We will also pay for the return shipping too if you live in the UK, so that if you aren't completely happy with your order, it will not have cost you anything.

    To return to us, you must send an email to info@beamshoes.com, telling us that you intend to return your order.

    Please note that if you are returning them unworn they must be exactly as you found them: inserts inside each shoe and tissue wrapped neatly around. If you do not do this you may be charged and the process will take much longer.

    Your order will be refunded via your original payment method once the shoes have arrived back to us, usually within a few working days.

    Faulty: If it is within 90 days from purchase, we will pay to have the shoes returned to us, and if we can't fix them ourselves we will replace them with a new pair. Please email us at info@beamshoes.com so that we can prepare your return shipping.

    Please note: This does not apply to any purchases made during sales, and we will not accept water damaged items.

    Exchanges - Different size or colour

    We are happy to exchange BEAMs if you would like another size or colour. Please email us on info@beamshoes.com, and we can sort out the exchange. We will pay for the return postage.

    We will dispatch your new shoes once the original order has returned back to us.

    Please note: We will not accept water damaged items or any items that show evidence of wear.The shoes must be in a sellable condition.

    How do I return an item?

    Returning an item is very simple. You'll need to email us beforehand for the label, and then follow the guide below:


    If exchanging, your shoes must be returned in the same condition as they arrived, otherwise they will be rejected.

    BOOM! You're all done! It will take 3 days to get back to us. If you've asked for a refund we will usually process it that same day. If it's an exchange or replacement then your new pair will take another 3 - 4 working days to arrive. However if exchanging and the shoes are not in the same condition as they arrived it will take longer.
